The Presidency says that it’s still waiting for the last instalment of the State Capture Commission report.
It was meant to be handed over two days ago.
But Presidency spokesperson, Vincent Magwenya says that the Commission secretariat had not confirmed the time or date of delivery.
The North Gauteng High Court had in April granted the Zondo Commission six weeks within which to complete the fifth and final part of the report.
It was meant to be delivered to the president on June 15.
It’s meant to include topics such as the Guptas’ landing at Waterkloof air force base in 2013, the capture of the State Security Agency, the SABC, and the Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa.
President Cyril Ramaphosa must review the findings of the entire report and present his decision on the outcomes to Parliament within four months of receiving the last report.
