The Yemeni Armed Forces has carried out qualitative military operation which has resulted in the striking of a British ship in the Gulf of Aden. It says that vessel named Rubymar sustained severe damage which caused it to ground to a halt. It adds that the ship is now at risk of sinking.

The Yemeni forces says they took precautions to ensure that the ship’s crew is safely evacuated. In the port city of Hudaydah, the Yemeni air defence forces shot down an American spy drone which it says was carrying out hostile missions in the Gulf country on behalf of the Zionist entity.

The Yemeni forces have vowed that they will not hesitate to carry out further military measures against hostile targets in defence of Yemen and in support of the Palestinian people.
