The Yemeni Armed Forces have carried out retaliatory strikes against America by targeting its military assets in northern Red Sea.

Military spokesperson Brigadier Yahya Saree said that in the first operation which was conducted with high precision, they targeted the US aircraft carrier “USS Harry Truman” and its accompanying warships. Eighteen ballistic and cruise missiles as well as drones were used.

Hours later, the enemy’s aircraft carrier was again targeted with a mix of missiles and drones. Saree said that this engagement lasted several hours.

These operations come in response to Washington’s deadly aggression. US warplanes carried out at least two waves of attacks on the Arab country, bombing multiple areas across Yemen over the weekend.  More than 50 civilians were martyred and about 100 others injured in the first wave of US attacks.

America’s terrorism is on behalf of the genocidal Israeli entity after the Yemeni resistance reimposed their maritime blockade on it.

A move in support of the people of Gaza who are being denied humanitarian aid as the Zionist entity has shut the enclave crossings despite a ceasefire agreement. Israel is said to be carrying out a slow genocide in Gaza through starvation.

Leader of Yemen’s Ansarallah movement Sayyed Abdul Malik Al Houthi has made it clear they will on stop maritime blockade on Israel when it allows relief aid into Gaza and opens the crossings.
