Another taxi boss has been killed.

Charmaine Bailey was the training officer for CATA Regional Taxi Council, and a secretary at her primary association in Wynberg. The circumstances around her death are still unclear.

Chairperson for Santaco in the Western Cape, Mandla Hermanus says an urgent executive committee meeting has been called to discuss Bailey’s death.

Santaco has conveyed its condolences to her family, and has appealed to anyone with information to contact law enforcement agencies so that the killers can be brought to book.
