South Africa has officially filed its Memorial to the International Court of Justice, asserting that the Israeli entity is committing genocide in Gaza.

The Memorial, a detailed 750-page document, proves Israel’s actions violate the Genocide Convention.

This filing comes amid escalating Israeli violence in Gaza and Lebanon. South Africa’s move has garnered significant global attention, emphasizing the need for international solidarity with Palestinians.
