INGREDIENTS
- 500 g SPAR Spaghetti
- 1 x 410 g tin SPAR tomato and onion mix
- 1 x 85 g tin SPAR smoked mussels
- 1 x 85 g tin SPAR smoked oysters
- 500 ml (2 cups) SPAR fresh cream
- Salt and black pepper to taste
METHOD
- Boil the spaghetti for 10 minutes in salted water until cooked.
- Simmer the tomato and onion mix with the smoked mussels and oysters, then add the cream to the mixture and simmer together.
- Place the cooked spaghetti into the sauce, add some salt and black pepper to taste and serve hot.
