There has been a noticeable surge in the amount of Caesarean Section births.
Last year, 75% of births in South Africa’s hospitals were done via C-section. But according to the World Health Organisation, this number should only be between 10% and 15% of all births in a country. So, why is there so many C-section births and what are the dangers?
