Advocacy group, Rethink the Stink has expressed its disappointment in the City of Cape Town for dragging its feet to resolve the raw sewage in recreational areas.

According to the group, the city indicated that the matter can only properly be addressed by 2028. It follows in the Milnerton community raising concern over the discharge of sewage into the Lagoon Beach.
