INGREDIENTS
2 cup self-raising flour
2 tblsp cornflour
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 chopped onion
1 large sprig spring onion
3 chillies or more chopped
Pinch Salt
½ tsp turmeric
METHOD
Mix all ingredients and form a batter
Dip the prawn into your batter
Fry in hot oil
Variation: cooked chicken cubes, blanched vegetable chunks, fish strips/goujons
Serve with chilli jam
