INGREDIENTS
- 1 x 400 g roll puff pastry
- 90 ml (6 Tbsp) onion marmalade
- 1 x round SPAR Marksbury Camembert
- sliced punnet of SPAR Freshline tomatoes, halved (drizzled with olive oil and black pepper)
- SPAR Freshline rocket, to serve
- SPAR olive oil and vinegar, to serve
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 200 C.
- Spray a baking sheet with non-stick baking spray.
- Spread the pastry thickly out onto the baking sheet.
- Spread the onion marmalade out evenly, then add thin slices of cheese, followed by the tomatoes.
- Bake according to the instructions on the pastry packet.
- Top with fresh rocket and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Cut into squares and serve on a wooden board as a starter snack.
