INGREDIENTS

  • 1 x 400 g roll puff pastry
  • 90 ml (6 Tbsp) onion marmalade
  • 1 x round SPAR Marksbury Camembert
  • sliced punnet of SPAR Freshline tomatoes, halved (drizzled with olive oil and black pepper)
  • SPAR Freshline rocket, to serve
  • SPAR olive oil and vinegar, to serve

METHOD

  • Preheat the oven to 200 C.
  • Spray a baking sheet with non-stick baking spray.
  • Spread the pastry thickly out onto the baking sheet.
  • Spread the onion marmalade out evenly, then add thin slices of cheese, followed by the tomatoes.
  • Bake according to the instructions on the pastry packet.
  • Top with fresh rocket and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Cut into squares and serve on a wooden board as a starter snack.
