Protestors gathered outside the City Hall in Cape Town ahead of the President Cyril Ramaphosa’s State of the Nation address to highlight concerns affecting them.

Despite the SONA being a national address, the demonstrators singled out Cape Town Mayor Geordin Hill-Lewis for alleged failings. 

Child safety and job security are among their concerns.
