In spite of Israel’s  intensified assault on Muslim congregants at the al-Aqsa Mosque compound in al-Quds, Jerusalem, more than 140 000 worshippers have come out to perform the evening Eshaa and Taraweeh prayers.

Palestinians endured hours of travel, humiliation at Zionist checkpoints and performed their religious acts of devotion under the hawkish view of Zionist occupation soldiers and facing possible assault and kidnapping by Israeli forces as has been witnessed in recent nights at the Haram al-Sharif.
