The South Muslim Network (SAMNET) is urging all citizens to register to vote in the upcoming municipal elections, and has underlined the responsibility of Muslims to participate in the political process.

Registrations take place this weekend. The Network affirms that voting is an important part of being an active citizen and this is an important Islamic duty.
