Two suspects aged 28 and 32 years old have been nabbed for being in the possession of a consignment of drugs, valued at more than one million rand in Gugulethu.

Acting on a tip-off, the Western Cape Anti Gang Unit intelligence operatives were led to premises in NY 155. Upon arrival, various drugs including mandrax tablets, tik, dagga, and cocaine were seized.

The duo faces charges of possession of drugs and illegal firearms and ammunition.  They are set to appear in court soon.
