INGREDIENTS
- 500g SPAR lean beef mince
- 1 SPAR Freshline onion, grated
- 1 SPAR egg
- 2 slices of wholewheat brown bread
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 15ml (1 Tbsp) chutney
- 15ml (1 Tbsp) vinegar
- 5ml (1 tsp) mixed herbs
- Olive oil, to fry
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients together and form into meatballs.
- Fry in a pan in hot oil.
