Let’s cast our minds back to March 1992, when the future of millions of black South Africans was decided by a minority-white referendum.

We’ll explore the echoes of that past in our present, as we again find ourselves waiting to exhale, with the future seemingly in the hands of the minority-white descendants of European colonialism and settler colonialism.

We’re joined by political economist, Ismail Lagerdien who amongst others, questions the role of key figures like the DA’s John Steenhuisen in this latest chapter of South Africa’s democratic journey.
