Africans must fully realise their potential, and not be taken advantage of by international corporations.

This is the reminder from President Cyril Ramaphosa at the Intra-Africa Trade Fair which opened in Durban today.

Dignitaries from several countries on the continent have converged on the city to discuss ways in which the regional economy can grow.

President Ramaphosa says that Africans must use the existing finance, services, and infrastructure to grow their economies, and therefore become more self-reliant.
