Cape Town bid farewell to the first group of hujaaj this week. The airport departure terminal was awash with emotion and well-wishes as pilgrims embarked on the journey of a lifetime. This is the first year since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, that South Africans living in this country will be participating in the pilgrimage.
