Taking the Zionist entity to the International Court of Justice is the most just thing South Africa has ever done. This is the assertion of the Justice Department’s spokesperson, Chrispin Phiri.
He was speaking to Radio 786 from The Hague after South Africa presented the Israeli regime’s genocidal crimes in Gaza before the world court.
South Africa is asking the ICJ to order the Israeli entity to immediately halt its attacks on Gaza, and to allow the free flow of aid into the enclave. More than 23 000 Palestinians have been murdered by the Zionist entity since October 7.
Phiri meanwhile remains hopeful that their case before the ICJ will prove successful, and notes that it has affirmed South Africa’s activism on the side of justice.
