The International Court of Justice’s provisional ruling on South Africa’s genocide intent case against the Zionist entity is a victory without a win. This is the contention of international lawyer, Stanley Cohen. He was responding as ICJ Judge President Joan Donoghue handed down provisional measures against the Israeli regime.

The court had given the Israelis one month within which to respond to the provisions of its ruling. But Cohen contends that this ruling effectively supports the Israeli regime in its crimes, this as it had reiterated that it would not draw conclusions on whether the entity had engaged in acts of genocide, and only called on the Zionists to follow the law.

South Africa, which brought the application before the International Court of Justice, has expressed its satisfaction with the provisional orders.
