INGREDIENTS
- 800g prawns (cleaned and butterflied)
- 4-5 cloves of garlic (crush or diced)
- 1 small handful of parsley (chopped)
- 1 small handful of coriander (chopped)
- 1\4 lemon (juice)
- 2-3 tbsp. butter
- Salt to taste
METHOD
To a bowl add in your cleaned prawns, chopped coriander, chopped parsley, crushed garlic, lemon juice and salt then combine and set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat a pan on high heat then add in the butter. Once melted stir fry the prawns until they are fully cooked and beautifully pink.
Garnish with a fresh slice of lemon, Serve with Savoury rice and enjoy.
