Do municipalities indeed have a relationship with their communities; or do they still have a long way to go before being more actively involved in remedying the issues communities face?
Among the main complaints from communities is that their municipality doesn’t care for their people, instead, it’s only interested in pushing up bills, and not rendering promised, and in some cases paid for services.
