It’s World Cotton Day (October 7), and this fluffy plant knows no bounds.

The cotton plant has proven it does not need much water to survive, which makes it perfect as a source of revenue for South Africa.

Cotton seeds are crushed into oil, which is used in fish products, and can be used for cooking.
