Consumer values & priorities changed in Covid-19

It’s expected that businesses could get a spring in their step this year as a number of Covid-19 restrictions have disappeared.

However important to the success of any business is to know one’s customer which evolves overtime.

Now the latest Consumer Trends Report 2022: Rebound + Rebalance reveals that ‘uncompromised values’ is big for South African consumers especially those who are young. It found that South Africans’ deep appreciation of money, time, and relationships, has resulted in the creation of a whole new set of value systems and priorities during the pandemic.
