INGREDIENTS
- 150g dark chocolate
- 23 marshmallows
- 1 tin (380g) ideal milk
METHOD
1. Before you start any of your preparations place the ideal milk in the fridge 4 to 5 hours before you use it.
2. Chop up your dark chocolate into small pieces and place into a heatproof bowl.
3. Half the marshmallows and place into the same heatproof bowl with the chocolate.
4. Pour half of the ideal milk into the chocolate and marshmallows and heat up in a micro wave for 30 seconds. Once the 30 seconds is done stir the mixture and place it in for another 30 seconds and mix once the 30 seconds are done ( repeat this process until everything is incorporated properly).
5. In another bowl pour in the second half of the chilled ideal milk and use an electric beater and beat the ideal milk until it reaches the stiff peak stage.
