INGREDIENTS
1 cup sweet condensed milk
1 ½ cup chopped pistachio nuts ( extra for garnishing)
Pinch of ground cinnamon
1 packet of puff pastry ( 400g)
METHOD
Pre heat oven to 200℃
In a bowl add in chopped pistachio nuts, ½ cup sweetened condensed milk and ground cinnamon and combine.
Spoon mixture onto puff pastry and form a log, then cut into 3-5 cm pieces and place in a greased baking dish then place in the oven and bake for 15-20minutes until its golden brown.
As soon as it is out of the oven, evenly drizzle ½ cup of sweetened condensed milk over the top and garnish with freshly chopped pistachio nuts and enjoy once cooled .
