Aid organisation Gift of the Givers has once again stepped in to assist flood affected areas. For more than a week parts of the Western Cape have endured chilling temperatures, heavy downpours and gale force winds causing  structural damage across Cape Town. Of the hardest hit were informal settlements and the homeless.
