The United States Central Command (CENTCOM) has announced that American warplanes conducted airstrikes on two underground weapons caches in Yemen.

The strikes targeted facilities used by Yemen’s Ansarullah resistance movement. CENTCOM says that these caches were used against US Navy warships and merchant vessels.

There are no immediate reports of damage or casualties. This action follows Yemen’s operations on Israeli assets and vessels in regional waters.

Yemen has declared its support for Palestine and vowed to continue its operations until Israel’s aggression in Gaza ends.
