We discuss the shocking conditions on board the Al Kuwait livestock carrier, docked at the Port of Cape Town. The vessel arrived from Brazil, but it’s the condition of the 19,000 cattle that has raised significant concerns. NSPCA inspectors and others from the Sea Border Police boarded the vessel, and what they found is deeply disturbing.
