INGREDIENTS
- 4 chicken fillets
- 2 heaped tablespoons Roast Chicken Spice (I used my Sprinkles and Spice Roast Chicken mixed with Sprinkles and Spice Orange Pepper)
- Oil/ olive oil
METHOD
- Remove the tenderloins from the chicken and add season with the spice and add a generous drizzle of olive oil. Mix well. Air fry on 170 degrees for 15 minutes.
*If you do not have my Sprinkles and Spice seasonings on hand use a Chicken Spice, garlic and paprika as an alternative.
