Palestine’s Islamic Jihad has given the Arab world a reality check in its response to the emergency Arab Summit which was held on Gaza’s reconstruction in Egypt.

In a brief statement the resistance movement points that while they see the outcomes of the summit and the wishes contained in all the speeches as good, they do not respond to the challenges imposed by the Israeli entity and the US on the Palestinian people.

It points that the Israeli aggression has not stopped in Gaza, the occupied West Bank, and Al Quds.

In the reconstruction plan adopted by the summit it speaks about the rejection of the displacement of Palestinians from Gaza and sets out a $53 billion rebuild plan for the enclave under the treacherous Palestinian Authority.

As expected, the Arab leaders failed to adopt the resistances as a project or praise its actions.

Instead, it calls for the deployment of an international peacekeeping force. Islamic Jihad’s Deputy Secretary -General Muhammad Al Hindi has rejected the idea of foreign forces in Gaza or the West Bank.
