The flare up of foreign backed terrorism in Syria is a mere distraction from the Israeli genocidal aggression in Gaza and an attempt to weaken the Axis of Resistance.
In his weekly address, the Yemeni Ansarallah movement’s commander Sayyed Abdulmalik Al-Houthi notes that these terrorist slogans of “liberating the Levant” should have been directed towards the liberation of Al Quds and Palestine.
He further noted that some Arab regimes are also seeking to appease US President elect Donald Trump by preemptively destroying nations and serving the enemy’s interests.
The major terrorist assault on the Syrian city of Aleppo coincided with the Israeli enemy’s announcement of ceasefire with Lebanon and the Zionist Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s threats Syria over its support for the resistance.
Syria is considered the backbone of the resistance.
Are the Palestinian people with the most worthy in Al Sham to be saved from this criminality? Isn’t Palestine, which is of the most holy sites in Palestine, in Al Sham, including the holy sites first and foremost, Al Aqsa; isn’t this more worthy of being liberated? For those who speak about liberation, why is all of this set aside and conflicts are ignited here and there to keep the Ummah preoccupied, even in following up the situation, and to also create divisions amongst the people. This is something very unfortunate. Those who speak about confronting oppression, what oppression is bigger than the oppression which is being practiced by the Israeli enemy against the Palestinian people, the ugliest forms of injustice, the worst forms and the people stand and watch. – Yemeni Ansarallah movement’s commander Sayyed Abdulmalik Al-Houthi
