The case against former Eskom executive, Michael Lomas, has been transferred to the high court.

He and eleven other Eskom executives face 65 counts of corruption linked to the R 1.4 billion that was meant for the upgrade of the utilities Kusile power station in Mpumalanga.

Lomas will remain in custody as he did not make any formal bail application. He was extradited from the UK a few weeks ago.
