A Palestinian father has had to say painful goodbyes to his wife, Jumana Arafa and his two newborn twins who were slaughtered in an Israeli aerial attack on their home in Deir al Balah in Gaza.

The little bodies of three-day old twins, Asser and Aysel Abu Al-Qumsan were placed in the same body bag as their mother. A heartbroken Mohammed prayed for them saying Aysel and Asser were the beginning and the end of his joy.

He told a Turkish new agency that his happiness was incomplete, and now it’s gone.  At the time of the bombing Mohammed was collecting their birth certificates.

The Palestinian Health Ministry has questioned what sins were the three-day old twins Aysel and Asser killed for? For what reason was their innocence stolen.

It notes that the is just another chapter in the ongoing Israeli occupation’s murder of children and the shedding of their blood. Since the start of the Israeli genocidal aggression on Gaza at least 115 Palestinian babies under eight-months old have been massacred.

Thousands of Palestinian children have also been left orphaned.
