Chicken Sosaties

INGREDIENTS 

  • 4-6 chicken fillets cut in cubes
  • 1 large onion cut in chunks
  • 1 large pepper chunks
  • 2 tablespoons Sprinkles and Spice Roast Chicken Spice or your favourite Chicken Spice
  • 3-4 Tablespoons Minnies Prego Sauce or Minnies Garlic and Herb Peri Peri
  • 12 sosastie sticks

METHOD

Soak your Sosatie sticks in water
In a large bowl, season the chicken with the spice and sauce and mix well. Refrigerate for at least and hour or overnight.
Prep your chicken and Veg on a skewer and transfer to the airfyer. Airfryer on 200 degrees for 12 minutes or until it’s slightly charred and the chicken is cooked.

Serve as is or do a final basting with the Minnies Sauce before serving

Enjoy as is, as a quick lunch, or add the sosaties to to fill a wrap or hot dog rolls
