The show begins with tributes to former players who passed on recently – Tilla Williams( Factreton) and “Buick “ Makwati (Swaraj)

The show proceeds to an interview with Miley Ajam – former PE United, Manning Rangers and EP provincial player, and also cricketer, hockey and tennis player, now involved in Sportswear and still contributing to sport.

Next is an interview with former athlete Terrence Smith who recalls how asthma got him into running, the sound coaching he received from teachers and self – learning, his decision not to advance his athletics career in favour of social justice, and the solid work in promoting athletics excellence among the youth and disadvantaged communities.

Third on the programme is an interview with two former players from the 1970s, Alan Moonsammy (ex-Lenasia Bluebells captain) and Baboo Kalichuran (ex Swaraj goalkeeper), as part of the 50th anniversary of the local derby that kept the community thrilled for over 20 years.
