Hamas resistance fighters have lured a Zionist force into one of its underground tunnels in the Jabalia camp north of Gaza, effectively trapping them.

Spokesperson for the Martyr Izz El-Din Al-Qassam Brigades, Abu Obeida says fighters then ambushed the Israeli soldiers resulting in clashes at point blank range. Hamas fighters then attacked the reinforcement force that rushed to the scene with explosive devices hitting them directly.

Resistance fighters withdrew after detonating the tunnel used in the operation. All the enemy soldiers that were lured in the attack were killed. Resistance fighters then seized the Israeli enemy’s military equipment.

Abu Obeida adds that every day that the enemy spends in its aggression against Palestinians, they will incur a heavy and significant price. He reaffirmed the resistance’s stance to continue confronting the aggression in every street, neighborhood, city, and camp in our Strip, from Beit Hanoun to Rafah.
