The International Criminal Court’s prosecutor Karim Khan is seeking arrest warrants for the Israeli entity’s Benjamin Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant for crimes against humanity.
It relates to the regime’s violations in the occupied lands and Gaza over the past seven months.
Khan has listed several violations, including starvation as a method of warfare, willfully causing suffering, willful murder, and intentional attacks against a civilian population amongst others.
However, he has also taken aim at three Hamas leaders, with the charges seemingly coming from the Israeli Hasbara handbook.
Khan accuses Yahya Sinwar, Ismail Haniyeh, and Mohammad Deif, of several war crimes, despite the resistance movement practicing its right to defend their people against a 76 years’ long occupation.
