INGREDIENTS
- Eggs whisked
- Add Turmeric powder to egg and whisk
- Red onion chopped and braised
- Red pepper chopped
- Dhania chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
Pan on medium then add, oil of your choice. Add onion till braised, red pepper and then add egg and turmeric. Either create an omelette or scramble. Add dhania last.
