In a historic finding, Judge Daniel Thulare has found that Imam Abdullah Haron was tortured to death by the Apartheid regimes so-called Security Branch.
None of the perpetrators of the crime are still alive, but the outcome of the inquest has significant meaning for the Haron family and how the Imam’s death is recorded in history.
