Vegetable slaai (cucumber)

INGREDIENTS

1 chopped tomato

½ cup diced cucumber
1 finely chopped onion
½ cup diced cucumber
1 cup diced pineapple
1 large finely grated carrot
1 finely chopped green chilli
½ cup roughly chopped coriander
¼ tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp sugar
Pinch of salt
¼ cup white vinegar
METHOD

Mix until well combined and allow to pickle for at least 30 minutes and serve
