Iran has joined an elite group of countries to become the first Muslim nation to develop a hypersonic missile. Naming it “Fattah”, which means, “the Opener” the Islamic Republic noted that its defensive military capability is designed to defend its sovereignty.
Iran says the missile has a range of 1 400km, an can reach speeds of Mach 13 – 15.
