- The “Win a Night Away for Two at The Capetonian” prize draw is open to all participants who complete the survey.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
- Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Radio 786 are not eligible to participate in the prize draw.
- By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Radio 786.
- Only one entry per person is allowed.
- The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
- The winner will be notified by using their provided contact number. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 2 weeks, a new winner will be randomly selected.
- The winner agrees to provide their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the prize draw.
- If the participant is under 18 years of age, a guardian should be allocated to receive the prize.
- Radio 786 reserves the right to cancel or modify the prize draw if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
- By participating in the prize draw, participants release Radio 786 from any and all liability arising from their participation or acceptance of the prize.
- This prize draw is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
