INGREDIENTS
500g Klim powder
1 small tin Nestle dessert cream
4tbs melted ghee
2 cups sugar
2 cups water
Elachi powder
METHOD
Pour cream and ghee into the Klim milk powder. Mix till it resembles fine breadcrumbs
Sift this mixture
Boil the water and sugar into a heavy syrup
Pour the syrup slowly into the Klim mixture till well combined, not necessarily all the syrup
Pour into a greased pan to set
Sprinkle with sliced almonds and set in refrigerator
