INGREDIENTS
180g soft feta cheese
80 cream cheese
4 Tablespoons olive oil
Lemon rind
METHOD
Bring the cream cheese and feta to room temperature.
The cream cheese should be soft, creamy and easy to spread.
Add the cream cheese, feta, olive oil and lemon zest in the food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
Spread on a plate and enjoy as is, add roasted tomatoes, air fried chickpeas or a dash of honey.
Serve as a dip or on a cheese board.
