A man has been shot and killed in Bonteheuwel in the early hours of this morning.

According to councillor Angus McKenzie, the incident is gang related.

The victim sustained several shots to the face.

This morning’s incident is one of several gun attacks reported in areas across Cape Town this week.

A taxi driver was found shot and killed in a minibus van in Uitsig near Ravensmead yesterday, while two people were killed in a gang-related shootings in Manenberg.
