The Western Cape High Court application to hold the Amazon Africa developers in contempt of courts has been postponed by two weeks.
The two groups that are opposed to the development have approached the court after the company resumed construction even though an earlier court ruling put the development on hold.
Environmental and indigenous groups say that the area is key to the Cape’s biodiversity.
The Khoi also view the Liesbeek as sacred to their traditions.
