Four and half years after the State Capture Commission of Inquiry was established, the final installment has finally been packaged and handed over to President Cyril Ramaphosa.
The final part deals with mainly the State Security Agency, the Passenger Rail Agency (PRASA) and parliamentary oversight.
The report largely ignores the role of banks and corporations in allowing corruption to take place at government level.
