The final installment of the State Capture Commission Report has been handed over to President Cyril Ramaphosa.
Chair of the commission Chief Justice Raymond Zondo has apologised for the delay in handing over the report, saying his staff had worked tirelessly to ensure that the report was completed and included all the remaining evidence from the last four and half years.
This installment consists of a fifth and sixth part that deals with various State Owned Entities (SOEs) such as the SABC, the State Security Agency as well as the evidence brought forward by President Cyril Ramaphosa in his capacity as both the leader of the ANC and the country.
