Rajesh and Atul Gupta have been arrested in Dubai.

The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) confirmed the arrest.

The controversial brothers are wanted for their connection with the R24.9 million Nulane Investment fraud and money laundering case, as well as their contribution to state capture.

Their alleged arrest comes more than four months after Interpol issued a red notice for them in connection with fraud and money laundering charges.

According to News24, the arrests were executed by the Dubai Police’s Criminal Investigation Department.
